Prayer 6

Father we come to you knowing you are a healer of all that ails us.  We come to you knowing you are the only one who can mend the broken pieces of our lives. We come weak and weary knowing that you are the only one who can show us how to turn the distressing situation in our lives around.  Father we're asking for your healing hands to touch us. We ask you to heal us of addictions that have become idols in our lives.  We ask you to give us the courage and strength to walk away from   (name your addiction) realizing that this addiction has hindered our walk with you.  We know you are a bondage breaker.  We know that your grace is sufficient.  We know that it is because of your grace and mercy we are alive today. Father we want to be free of anything that clouds our vision and divine insight from you.  Lord we ask you to forgive us of our sins, and we thank you in advance for walking us through this process.  Lord your word said that you have a purpose and plan for our lives.  We want to live out the plans you have prepared for us. We want to fit into the mold you have carved us to be.  We believe that by your strips we are healed and that you will rebuke the devour for our sake.  We trust you Lord and our faith is being strengthen and renewed in you day by day.  Thank you Jesus for healing us and molding us into the individuals you want us to be.  In Jesus name I pray.  Amen.

Daily Prayer (5)

Father we thank you for the allowing us to see a new day.  We thank you for the opportunity to be a light that shines and witness of your goodness and unfailing love.  Lord we ask that as we go throughout our day that we continue to be disciples of your goodness.  If there is a need placed before us let us not hesitate in meeting it realizing that the opportunity has come from you.  Let our encounters and interactions be glorifying to you.  Let our focus be on you and what you would have us to do. Lord we thank you for loving us, watching over us, and being the fence that protects and provides for us.  Pattern our steps and align our thoughts, desires and will to stay in tune with yours. Let your light shine so brightly in us that others may see our works and it be glorifying to you.  In Jesus name we pray.  Amen.
