Prayer of the Children

Father touch the hearts, minds, mouths and actions

of those you have chosen to lead your people

let there leading be because of what you have put on there hearts to do.

reminding them that is you who build up and you who can also tare down.

show them where there witness has not been honest and true to your name

remove those who are misleading, guiding and using your name to further themselves

And give them the wisdom to seek your face in need of your forgiveness

create in them a clean heart oh lord

one that is worthy of you

one that strives to touch the hem of your garment

and longs to please you

place a desire of your forgiveness on there heart

and a longing to walk in the path you first lead them to.

In the precious name of Jesus I pray.. amen

Father I thank you for being my way maker. 
 I thank you for my life.
  I thank you for being better to me than I could ever be to myself.

I thank you for all your provisions. 
And

  for providing for me in ways to deep to understand 

You continue to shower me with your love

You continue to be merciful to to me
And
You continue to be my light in dark places

You are my reason for believing
You are my bridge over troubled and disturbed waters
You are everything to me Father
and without you I wouldn't be able to make it through the day
I thank you father for you continue to keep me in your care
And wrapped in your loving arms
In Jesus name I pray Amen.
