Father, I thank you for life. I thank you for being the gracious Father you are.
I thank you for carrying us this far as you said in your word you would never leave or forsake us.
I thank you for being true to your word even when we've failed and weren't true to you. Teach us to love as you love sweet Jesus and act as you act. Father I ask you to wrap your loving arms around your children, and open our eyes to the fullness of you. Lord show us the era of our ways and give us a discerning spirit and desire to change. Lord I ask that you fill us with you.
Let our light so shine before men that when they see us they are truly seeing a reflection of you.
Father at times we have not been loving, kind or compassionate to others, forgive us.
Father continue to guide us in the way you'd have us to go, and grow us into the body of people you'd have us to be. Let us not act as those in the world and in a manner that miss represents you.
Lord I pray for your continued protection and provision and I thank you in advance for all you have done and all you will do. In Jesus name I pray.. Amen..

Father I thank you for waking us this morning and for the gentle rest we received last night.
I thank you for being the awesome father, nurturer, and provider that you are.
Lord on this day my heart is heavy as I look at the negative things going on around me and the increase of violence occurring in every city and state. Yet, I know that you said in your word these things would happen and that we should not be troubled. I also know that you are able to change the situation and hearts of man.
Lord I ask that you enter the hearts and minds of your child opening our eyes to the people we are and the people you'd have us to be. Father I as that you show us the area's within us that are not pleasing to you, and give us the wisdom and ability to change into the men/woman that will be a pleasing vessel to you. Father I ask that you'd bring those who don't know you unto your salvation and place a desire in them so strong that they will seek you, find you, and live there lives according to your will, plan and purpose.
Lord I ask that you wrap your arms around every child opening there eyes to you. Lord put the perfect labors in there paths and fill them with wisdom, knowledge and discernment that can only come from you. Lord I ask that your will be done in every adult responsible for raising your children, giving them the ability to discern what you consider right and what's not pleasing to you. I thank you in advance as I know there is nothing to hard or impossible for you Father. I Jesus name I pray. Amen.
